Varsity Ford told me off when asking for service rip-off Springhill Louisiana

We had previously brought this F150 truck in to have the squeaking bushings examined while under warranty. The dealership serviced the vehicle for this problem twice. I can only assume that Varsity Ford billed Ford Motor Company for the warranty repair. After the warranty expired, we brought the truck in for the third time to look at the same problem. We pointed out that we had been in for service twice before and that now the mechanics tell us that they only greased the bushing in the past.

The mechanics tell me that this is the policy of the dealership: grease it first, then on later visits examine it for the actual problem. When we pointed out that it had been serviced twice before while under warranty and that now it is not under warranty, the service manager threw up his hands, stomped around, and yelled that he would not stand here and listen to these accusations. He then stated that bushings were not covered under warranty and that he could not even complete the repair since he had no way to align the front end after replacing the bushing, but he was willing to replace the bushing and charge us.

On the previous visits he greased it and charged the corporation for who knows what.

The interesting part is that we were outside only moments earlier looking at a $32,000 4x4 truck. We will not be buying this truck from Varsity Ford in Springhill or any other Varsity Ford dealership who think they can tell us off.
