Search TipsDispute these charges with your bank immediately. Tell them that The National Foreclosure Consultants Group did not have authorization to take the monies on that day and for that amount. The bank should reverse the charges and credit you back the over draft charges.
Call the Better Business Bureau of NJ an file a complaint against the company. Then call The Attorney Generals office in NJ and your state and file a complaint against the company as well.
You are not the first person this has happened too. They did the same thing to many of my clients as well.
