Best Buy is the go between in selling and renewing Verizon cell phone service. Long story short, i have been with Verizon for many years.  Each renewal Verizon Wireless becomes a little more aggressive in promises, then takes away and over charging. Verizon promised the loyalty renewal credit and then does not honor it. Verizon promised me a new phone at no expense if i would stay as a customer with the company and then tries to gauge me on pricing after the fact to make up for the promotion.  Verizon promised monthly discounts, then takes them away without disclosure once I renewed.  Verizon indicated i had to go to me employer and pressure the employer over the discounts.  I signed the contract "void" at the point of sale because of the misrepresentations and unfair dealing, until Verizon clarifies and fixes the problems.  Verizon is reluctant to void the contract but still does not want to fix any of the problems.  Verizon says i must talk to Best Buy while Best Buy says i must talk to Verizon. I believe Verizon is using Best Buy as shield to push the envelope with the customer. No accountability.

Why?

If according to you Verizon never fulfills it's promises whenever you renew, then why do you keep renewing?

Along that same line, why would you just not sign the contract, instead of signing it Void?
