Verizon Wireless Internet Scams there customers and doesn't care how long you have been with the company!!!!!!! Basking Ridge, New Jersey

Verizon Wireless Internet is a scam!!  We have had Verizon cell phones for over 10 years now and were told their internet was the best there is.  We decided to give it a try.  Well it doesn't work.  We were sold a piece of equipment that never has consistent internet and is constantly rebooting.  The service signal here is very weak and there are numerous problems with their service.  We have been trying to work with them for the last four months to no avail.  We finally decided we had had enough after no less than 30 hours on the phone to their so called tech support, 300.00 out of our own pockets, and numerous replacement devices.  We tried to calcel the service and were told that even though we have not had good service they were charging a 150.00 early termination fee.  We were also told by Verizon and their Executive Office(who by the way told us this is a direct threat from Dan Mead the CEO) that if we ever called about the problem with the internet again, they would take legal steps to cancel all of our services.  We were also told that it did not matter how long we had been with the company we were not important and that the only thing that is important was for Verison to reach 100 million customers. 

If you are considering signing up for their internet service beware!!   They are a terrible company that feels they have no need to provide good service much less could care less about how long customers have been with them.  According to Maribel Zides, Evan Sterling and Dan Mead customers do not matter and all that is important is that Verizon reaches their 100 million customers.  DO NOT buy wireless internet service from these crooks!!  You will be sorry....

Good luck if you ever need to get customer service with this company they are a joke....Don't waist your time with their crappy internet...dial up is far better than putting up with their lack of customer service!!
