I wasted my 5 hour(s) of time and both did not solve. Customer support is very bad as I am paying for the monthly service.

Why? I trusted their service since I used for more than 4 years and singed a contract but does not work the way it was before. Now I force to discontinue their service but I need to pay for the discontinue charges for $175.
Please contact me as I can't browse my phone other than office and my home which i configured my local internet (wifi ).
I am totally rip-off the service payment of $100 per month. I am not worried about discontinue the charges what make too much difference between company account with mine which monthly payment is same.
$ value is same either by company or user account. But seems like different for this company, like to know more that is why I am spending time to posting here.
Don't keep up company greedy, as you know that Netflix went down.
