Verizon Wireless Joint Promotion with TWC and Verizon Wireless Total Rip Off all, Nationwide

I was due for an upgrade on my Verizon Wireless and was told about a joint venture Verizon Wireless have with TWC for a $200 gift card, if I get TWC triple package.  Since I just got the Triple Package with TWC, I called the number to upgrade my two phones on my family wireless plan I have with Verizon.  I saw the free LG phone deal on Verizon Wireless and I called that number to order the phones.  I really wanted to wait for the new Iphone 5S/6 or new Samsung phones when it came out, but since LG was free, I ordered.  When I called back to get a delivery tracking number, I was told a different story.  First I was told I was eligible for two gift card, because I had two phones, then when I called back, I was told I was only eligible for only one gift card.  Then I was told the phone wasn't free, because they had different prices on the phones, then what is on the Verizon Wireless Web site.  The free phone I ordered was almost $150 each.  I immediately cancelled my order.  I would have been stuck with a phone I didn't even want in the first place and would have paid out, instead of getting money on my gift cards.  And if I didn't find out right away and cancelled right away, I would have been stuck paying for delivery fee for sending it back and restocking fees.  It's all a trick.  

Both Verizon Wireless and TWC have a scam going and I wish a lawyer take an advantage of this and file a class action law suit.  I am positive they got a case and can win without going to court.  I am sure Verizon and TWC will want to settle out of court, before the truth comes out.  I found out late, but the reviews on their shay deal is all over the internet.  Seems as though no one is getting their gift cards.  Some goes back months and some since last year's deal.  Check everything out before you take this deal.  Most of it's requirements are hidden or not told to their customers.  Any attorneys out there who wants to take up this case?
