I went through 3 replacements in one month. Keep in
Mind this is under the one year factory warantee, not
a insurance. These phones have serious software issues.
After serveral they decided as a courtesy get this they
will replace the phone with the Verizon Spectrum phone.
Here what they tell you buy any you have 14 days to
try the phone and for any reason you dont like it we
will switch to another phone or refund your not telling
there will be $35.00 restocking. Its gets better then they
tell you after 14 days if something wrong with the phone
within a year of purchase they will send you out a new
phone. (First Lie). They send you a refurbish phone.
the only time you should get a refurbish phone if you
File a insurance claim. So now back to Spectrum phone
that they are doing me this huge favor but upgrading
They call it. They are charging for the battery and the
Back cover because they dont come with the phone
and you know why they are sending a refurbish Spectrum.
I should incurr any fees this phone is defective. They sent
The phone overnight and i have to wait till next Tuesday
for the battery and the back of the phone. Very Scary
