Verizon - mci - worldcom billing someone elses bill who lives in different state to me, altering billing statement to another persons name, have taped mci conversation in sealed mailed envelope, illegal collection tactics Beltsville maryland
one day later verizon calls says cant find their terminal hookup at employees aptment building-northgate one-camden,nj., asks me where, i tell them , they still cant find it, i go meet verizon mechanic, who has my number,show where in building to hook up connection.
Employee then recieves MCI/worldcom Mailer-offering low price per minute(right) 12 cents,( after recieving bill-25 cents a minute), which he takes-voice confirmation-tape.
only people who were black and hispanic recieved these flyers in the building. Employee son gets very sick-7 years old, sickle cell, has operation, employee goes to california, i pay. employee comes back finds this big bill,charges are 3 dollars a minute-mci-from california.
employee refuses to pay, i get call 6 months later asking where employee lives,as he moved, i did not know where.
2001-1 year later i recieve bill says-employee name and ssi#/care of my name. i call ask whats going on. try to bill me. bill was now 10 times the amount allowed by law-3500.00 dollars.
call verizon explain this is not my bill-they remove.
2002-2 years later-mci and verizon-sends me bill-illegally-not mine, woman trys to tell me to pay i send letter to ftc, fcc, verizon fraud calls- bill removed.
2003, 3 years later, verizon buys MCI/worldcom, recieve collection bill, call mci/verizon, woman says who is employee, state dont know where he lives. his bill, woman asks me my ssi# and name to verify i am not responsible. i give mci woma hollars and says i am stupid for verifying employee's work, and she says putting bill in my name,while i am on phone-she calls over supervisor for special code to alter record,she removes responsible persons name. employee and puts my name and ssi#. mind you i have recorded mci-tape. file report-ftc,fcc-verizon fraud calls says says who is your emploee that commited fraud. i state: was Verizon and MCI that commited fraud, and that i have tape proving(dated-3-15-05)
i get switched to 5 different phone numbers and state the same. i send letter to supeanea compliance mci and verizon , refuse to send computer data , times and employee names even tho i state pro-se for discovery.
finally verizon woman lori martenson, listens to tape,immediately removes the bills both again! verizon and mci.
2007-7 years, nco financial, on my credit reports, all-says i owe verizon bill for employee. i call verizon-send me to 10 diferent departments. i play their game for 2 days, now have been sent to 20 different phone numbers. i fax copies to all the 3-faxes. i still have tape when do you want to go to court. verizon/mci fraud-you guessed it (lori martenson) calls me(7 years later), says she will take care of for 5th time.
P.S. yrs-1999,2000,2003. Still Battling Verizon-dsl high speed cable/internet service which i canceled after 30 days website pros-no website(recieved bill 1 year later for you guessed it(1 year-360.00)/could only stay online 30 minutes then bumped off, sometimes was days to get online if lucky. verizon over sold their servers. i canceled dedicated dsl after 3 months,(you guessed it. i recieved bill for 1 year) even tho i switched back to basic after 3 months.
