I paid my verizon bill on 6/27..on 7/1 verizon pulled the same amount out of my other checking account. I called them on 7/1 to straighten this up, the representative appologized for THEIR mistake & issued a refund supposedly to be refunded on 7/2. on 7/3 verizon shut off my service. after about 25 minutes of argueing with the boneheaded rep they turned my phone back on. today is 7/12 & I still have not recieved my money back but verizon insists that it was returned. the reps & supervisor I have dealt with are rude & uncareing & just generally not very sharp. I have never had any company treat me as bad as Verizon on this issue. I talked to a verizon Rep on 7/11 who told me the refund would be in my bank the morning of 7/12.....no money...the verizon supervisor I talked to today said its my fault & my Banks fault...I just dont see it that way
