Previously, I filed a BBB complaint and a ripoff report on the outrageous behaviour and tactics this company was using.
There response to the BBB was to lie and say they were resolving the issue, if you are a PAID sponsor of the BBB that is apparently acceptable with them.
I then received a phone call from 505-999-5100 from some one claiming to represent Verizon. He told me the issue was resolved and any further online complaints would result in them prosecuting me.
I busted up laughing and the caller told me I was a "f*ggot", I am sure there is a reason why people from verizon talk like that but it would take a analyst to know what it is.
Anyway, they are thieves, liars , and now it appears that they resort to "child games and name calling"
I am stuck with these people for 2 years however they are also going to get to see my postings on their company.
Do not let the millions of dollars in commercials and payoffs fool you. They are as dishonets as the day is long.
Funny how they have thousands of reports on this site but not one "complaint" and a A+ rating with the BBB.
Perhaps the BBB accepts "payoffs' no not them, LOL

Mark, a couple of things...

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

1. 505-999-5100 is listed to an UNKNOWN telemarketer

2. Being a skeptical sort, I sent the link to this ROR to Verizon to hear their side of the  story.

3. "Funny how they have thousands of reports on this site but not one "complaint" and a A+ rating with the BBB. Perhaps the BBB accepts "payoffs' no not them, LOL "
That could also be because they're not like you say with NO RESEARCH OR PROOF.

4. How are you able to live with the massive conspiracy at the BBB and Verizon.  Sounds like a RICO violation.

5. Where did you get the information that they purposely hire people to aggravate and threaten their customers?

6. Where's your proof of the millions of dollars in payoffs and to whom are they paid?

7. Does paranoia and persecution complex run in your family.

If you file a rebuttal, try not to use generalities.

No, I DON'T work for Verizon and NEVER have.
