If it will help anybody out, I visited the bbb website and searched Privacy Matters and came up with this:

I clicked the first one that has a HQ next to it and got this:

This is unbelievable. They succeeded 4 out of 58 tries, the other 54 were declined. On the transaction history it's catergorized as Retail Stores?? If you copy the links into your browser and look at all the names of the companies or dba's...it's un-f*****g-believable!!!
