Vesta Cingular Vesta AT&T Unauthorized Charge, Internet

From my research, this company processes GoPhone payments. I haven't used a GoPhone in over a year when a charge showed up on my AMEX card. When I tried to call them, a cheerful sounding girl named Carla said she would transfer me to someone who could handle my refund. Fast forward 20 minutes later and I'm still on hold listening to obnoxious music.

Being a Platinum AMEX cardholder, I just hung up and did what I should have done in the first place....call AMEX and have them remove the charge.

This is pretty common for these companies. They just put you on hold forever hoping you just give up. They picked the wrong guy. Saty away from this company if possible.
