Viaero Wireless IS A !@#$%%%
JOKE! please do not do business with them! Please! Or if you have been with Viaero in the past and are interested in a class action lawsuit, please let me know...their service is absolutely horrendous. They lie to prospective employees and customers. They talk you into smartphone service and can't support the functions on their smartphones. You pay for unlimited texting and don't get the texts for two or three days half of the time, or til the next morning. They have promised 4g for years now and their data service is slow and non existent half the time. They show "nationwide" coverage maps and there is no coverage in half of those areas. They hire people promising they will make a "certain amount of money" then decrease it whenever they wish. I wanted to quit two different times and the second time they talked me into staying with lies lies lies of grandeur just because they had no bodies to work in a store. Then turned around 7 months later and demoted me, cut my pay in half, for the most ridiculous reason (basically because Jesse Pfortmiller didn't like females. But who cares because none of us females liked him. He was with them all of 18 months and it was 18 months of hell). I confess I didn't put forth any effort there in that last year because I WAS TOO EMBARRASSED TO SELL THEIR SERVICE! Their CFO robbed Qwest (embezzled) you name it.
I would get into my own personal experience with Viaero but it would take too long. I told them at the end of August that my daughter was moving up to Wisconsin to be with her dad and they said they would waive termination fees. Her dad added her on to his acct and there was no waiving of termination fees whatsoever. I had discussions with "Monica" in customer relations at the end of August providing an address where she would be moving and they ARE STILL CHARGING ME THE FEES! "Doris" in Customer Service did tell me that if moving out of the Viaero tower range you just needed to provide the date of relocation and address. I did that. And they still aren't going to waive them. I worked for Viaero over 3 years (waste of my life) and saw it happen for dozens of people, getting out of service when they relocated out of the Viaero tower area, and yet they won't do it for me? Talk about discrimination in the purest form! I just got off phone with "Cassandra" (in customer service, yeah what in customer "be a b***h"), and she was a b***h and I was trying to be nice and pleasant but she turned me into a b***h. I have over half a million dollars sitting in my bank acct due to my mothers recent death and I will not pay Viaero one more dime until they decide to garnish my wages. let them take $50 a month for the next 10 years. Wow...and all this could be avoided if they just did what they said they would do at the end of August and waived $400 in term fees like they did for 1000 other customers (if they even still have 1000 customers). I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU MY DISGUST FOR THIS COMPANY! They want you to lure all your friends and family into activating. Then after a year or so, they make your life such a living hell that you eventually just quit since they are too pansy and wussy to fire you and pay out unemployment.
Read the other complaint about Viaero. it is all 100% true! Stay far away from this crooked company ran by a bunch of crooks. If you work there, you don't even have to sell a phone or plan, just buy a manager coffee every day and you will get promoted. They suspend you if you don't pay because it's a "breach of contract" but yet they don't provide the services they say they will. Isn't that a "breach of contract?" Geez...Viaero. Waive the dumb term fees and I will pay you the final $700 I owe you. But not until then. What a group of intelligent business people. Hell if they would have worked with me more on my $1300 data roaming fees (for the one lousy month my daughter was in Wisconsin), they could have kept my business and over $2000 a year in revenue I gave them. They gave my $600 in credits and still expected me to pay $700 (two house payments) to them. I saw them, over and over and over, give thousands of dollars in credits to various customers. But not to me? Jeez. It's better to be a whiny crybaby b***h with them then just try to do business with them. They are like the fly that keeps buzzing around your head...never goes away...and just wants to irritate you til you fly off the deep end.
Bottom line, if you must have Viaero...complain. Complain a lot. Or buy anybody who has the title of "manager" coffee. You will get WHATEVER YOU WANT.
