This individual has cost me time, effort and money. This man known as Vic Gardenhire posts adds all over the internet requesting help for software development, in no doubt for his web sites which are just fronts for his scamming and conning of legitimate business people. After initial contact with this individual we came up with a contract for software development and training. Once I completed the 4 hours of training, debugging and software development this individual then told me he would pay me. The work was to be used for these web sites businesses and emial addresses as seen below. This man has contrived ideas about software development and even admits to having no real knowledge or ability.
After 4 hours of telecomuting the debugging, training and software development and waiting another 5 days for my payment nothing had arrived. I called Mr "GardenHire", who gave me this as his physical location and address 6377onyx court tumwater wa and asked him why no payment had arrived. He then informed me that he would not pay me. Then he began to inform me after some lengthly arguement full of his misdirected ideas about business that he did owe me the charge of 4 billed hours but would only pay me half which in this case would be 50$. This man is a rip off artist a con man and worst of all a coward who won't even give you a legitimate address. I had the police go to the address he gave and I was informed it is a fake address. I am now moving to take up litigation in small claims court.

After several more discussions with Mr. Gardenhire he decided that it was in his best interest and mine that he pay me what he owed me. Though this situation was not the most professional I have dealt with, Mr. Gardenhire after about another 5 days contacted me and let me know he would pay me and that the check was in the mail. I informed him that upon proper arrival and cashing of the check that I would make a change to the report that I filed.
He did pay me in full as of Wednesday January 2nd 2013. I still found this transaction to be difficult and the entire situation to be out of my liking. I would make an edit to my original report but this web site does not allow for that. Currently me and Mr. Gardenhire are settled up and the situation remains as it is.
As far as Mr. Gardenhire as a person I have no ill will toward him but I myself will not do business with him in the future just because of my own comfortability. People make mistakes and in this situation Mr. Gardenhire made a mistake. He rectified his mistake with proper compensation in a fair and professional manner.
As for the former report the data contained in it is all factual as well as the circumstance of the incident.
