I had an order placed with me on Amazon.com by a person portraying himself to be Victor Lekweuwa who actually was just arrested and charged in Hanover for scamming a case of nitrous oxide while away at school in Darthmouth. Victor had the order shipped to Daniel Lekweuwa and the address of 951 Britton Street in the Bronx, NY. a few days after the item arrives Daniel makes a claim that the product was expired and sneds a photo of 6 expired cans atop the still sealed non-expired cans we sent him. Along with all kinds of threats, etc and a not that he can't send our product back even though it's not ours, because he is leaving the country. He then posts negative feedback on Amazon and runs like a little coward that he is.

Quite frankly I don't know if Victor and Daniel are the same person who placed the order or if these two low lifes are working together. Oh and another twist is they bought this stuff for their poor poor grandmama. Fact is if you get a request on Amazon or Ebay from anyone with this name trying to buy something you are selling - Run and Run very fast as these guys are some of the biggest scammers there are. Then I urge you to not only not sell but contact your local police and then the Hanover Police in Mass. They will guide you to the prosecutor who hopefully will school good ole Victor in prison where he belongs. Daniel - Karma is great and I'll be driving the Karma bus when it hits you.

Luckily Amazon is going to make sure I am paid. But the next person may not be as lucky

What a scammer

AUTHOR: Samantha - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 24, 2014

After the ensure order I had placed on amazon arrived, I saw that they were in the wrong flavors and had expired over three months ago. I emailed the seller and he still has not responded. I googled his name (Joseph N Tomaso) and found this post.

I have called amazon and filled a claim against him. He is nothing more than a scammer.

Can't figure out who the bigger FOOL is here. You both need to go crawl back under the rocks you came from. Who buys food off of Amazon anyway. Cheapskates do. You are both acting like children. Let us know when this comes to a Court of Law near you so we can see the comedy for free

AUTHOR: Lets Be Honest - ()

POSTED: Thursday, January 02, 2014

In your above comment titled “In looking at the evidence provided by Daniel” you claim to be a third party that is not involved in the matter. However, you are able to provide pictures of the buyer (Daniel) and a poorly zoomed-up image of the shipping label. Pictures of Daniel that you unlawfully copied from his facebook account.

Then you claim that the buyer made the tv news for another amazon scam. While in fact the buyer never made the tv news for an amazon scam.

Later on, you stated that the photographed cans were “non-wrapped,” and “loosed.” The photos were first taken by the buyer to show the seller that the item received contained the wrong flavor and had expired dates on them.

You also stated that you blew-up the white-label on the picture and it states the date of manufacture, but what you actually sent was poorly non-viewable image that shows no dates at all. This must be how your life really is jumping from one lie to another.

Now the fraudulent seller threatens the buyer with “prison.” With all honesty, you make me laugh. You have showed the world that you have a low character composition.

The average American civilian that reads your post will easily see that you are no third party, in fact, you are the same seller whose shop on Amazon was closed.

Now, I have attempted to reach out to you to solve this issue in the past, but instead you went online posting derogatory posts about my brother and I, posts that were not based on facts. When I return from my trip, I will take serious legal actions towards you. And when this matter is presented in a court of law, you will understand that you are wrong.

In looking at the evidence provided by Daniel

AUTHOR: Steven - ()

POSTED: Sunday, December 29, 2013

While looking thru various reports on the site, I came across this one and as an impartial party I looked, observed and studied the evidence and here is what I see from the posts and the evidence provided. The OP posted that they had recieved an order for goods and had filled that order. The order was placed by one person but delivered to another which should have been red-flagged for fraud in the first place. The OP also shows evidence that the buyer has a criminal record for doing similar scams to which they buyer even made the news for hence the provided photo from a TV station. The person who recieved the goods tries to get out of paying for them by saying he recieved expired drinks and provides photos showing expired drinks which to someone glancing at the photos the buyer would appear to be the person who was wronged. The OP then posts another rebuttal saying that he was in fact defrauded by the buyer but was refunded by Amazon. The OP also points out that there was aphoto provided by the buyer to which the buyer has also placed here on Ripoffreport.com. To someone looking at the photos regular sized, you see expired drinks and would side with the buyer. I myself was going in that direction also unitlI also saw the white label in the photo. Using Google Chrome and the enlargement peature, I blew up the photo provided by the buyer-Daniel and I was taken back when I clearly saw the following. The buyer placed several cans of non-wrapped Strawberry Ensure Plus in the foreground of the photo prominently showing expired drinks, however those cans are loose and on top of sealed, well packed cases of drink. I then focused on the manufacturer label which shows a few things. #1 the Manufacturer produced the packaged goods in March of 2013. Canned goods have a minimal shelf life of at least a year. There is no way the cans being manufactured in March would be expired in July. I then remember the buyer saying he had ordered Vanilla, yet for some reason yet the expired cans were Strawberry. Further examination of the label clearly shows the packaged drink is in fact Vanilla which by his own words the buyer admits he purchased. Now my findings are based on proof provided by both parties here. I also noticed that the buyer proceeded to post a whole bunch of names both of the male and female variety. He states that he dealt with one person yet provides a number of names as though he had spoke to them all. I then did a simple whitepage search and came up with all the names at the address the buyer provided, however I came up with even more. I looked up the buyer thru the same means he looked up the seller and came up with his name at a bunch of different apartments at the same building the drinks were sent to. I also ran the email that the buyer accidently left posted at the bottom of his last rebuttal in which he put all the identifying material of the supposed scammer seller. The buyers email came back to a Daniel all right - a Daniel Israel who's photo I will post along with a photo of the label he himself provided to this report. That said, I don't know either of you people, however the overwhelming amount of evidence I see is in the camp of the seller. I also took the liberty to contact Amazon and they advised that there was a dispute and they in fact paid the seller and not the respondant. They also advised that Cassies Supplies is not owned nor run by the person the respondant said it was. They also stated that seller had a 100% positive feedback for over a year prior to Daniels issue with them. What I think happened is that the seller sold non-expired drinks to the buyer. The buyer for whatever reason couldn't or didn't have the funds to pay for them or never intended to. The OP posted his information and the buyer doing a search engine on his name came across his name and the report and became angry that he was caught and would be unable to take advantage of anyone else at least for awhile. And just to set the record straight once again. I don't know either of these people and this is simply based on the evidence supplied here in this report by both of them as well as a check of the internet and a simple telephone call with Amazon. I hope that you both settle your differences because A-this is getting old and B - The more you respond and keep posting to this report. The longer it will come up in the first few hits on any type of search engine for any of the names involved. To the Seller - You obviously learned your lesson. Do not ship to anyone other than the actual person paying for your product, and to the buyer - If you are going to order something then expect to pay for it and stop making excuses to try not to. Also you need to stop slandering people before you either wind up in court or in prison. I gathered my evidence from the photos you posted and those photos clearly showed Vanilla manufactured in March 2013.

Ah the Dates

AUTHOR: the fraudster got caught - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 12, 2013

yes there appears to be 6-8 cans of expired products but Amazon found your fraud Daniel. They blew up the very photo you posted (Thank You for doing it again) and found the date on the white label ther of the sealed cans which was after the expiration date. Now how could that be. In fact you are barred from purchasing on Amazon especially after this little fiasco wptz.com Student arrested in nitrous oxide scam. (please search the name victor lekwuewa). In fact we were given our money too. Did you enjoy your trip to wherever you were going out of the country? because customs had you go nowhere. You got caught bud. Fraudster. But thanks for posting the photo as now everyone can blow it up and see your little scam that backfired.

Cassie's Supplies Scammer

AUTHOR: Lets Be Honest - ()

POSTED: Thursday, October 31, 2013

Cassie's Supplies is a scammer on Amazon that sells expired health nutrition drinks to consumers. I, Daniel Lekweuwa, placed an order of six packs of 8 oz ensure vanilla nutrition drinks on amazon via Cassie's Supplies. The seller sent me expired products and wrong flavors. I contacted the seller for a return-lable, so the items can be exchanged and he ignored me. I sent the seller, pictures of the expired items he delivered to me and he denied them.

I asked him again to send me a return shipping lable, so I can return his items, he failed to do so.  I contacted amazon and filed a complaint against Cassie's Supplies Scammer shop. Amazon saw my evidence, including the pictures and issued me a refund. Amazon closed the seller's online store for reason of FRAUD.

It is the seller of Cassie's Supplies that is the scammer and not I, Daniel Lekweuwa.

I am happy that Amazon closed this scammers store. His store is no-longer open on Amazon.
