Per my previous reports about this business, it looks like the owner is trying to run from the authorities and bad reputation by opening another location and changing the name of the business from 'Victoria Discount Tires' to 'City Discount Tires'.
The BBB was informed by the City of Victoria they had opened the new storefront and changed the name and that they also do not have a business license.
Be warned people: read my other reports and reports by other people on here. This guy is operating without a license and has an 'F' rating with the BBB. It is all in their report:

You did not WIN the case you loser - you were charged with ANIMAL CRUELTY you low life. Isn't that enough? What kind of low life are you? First you are run out of town by your bad reputation, open up shop thinking you can hide, you move homes constantly because you are being chased by creditors and other low life's you have ripped off, and now your rebuttel to being exposed as a ANIMAL ABUSER is you sued and won? Liar, liar liar. You did NOT sue - they sued YOU douchbag.
You were CHARGED with animal cruelty. What kind of scum bag abuses innocent animals?
You were brought to court on those charges. YOU were sued by an organization that tries to protect helpless and innocent animals from scum of the earth like you. You did NOT sue them and;
the SPCA IS looking for you and has had an on-going investigation against you since 2010 because you are a known ANIMAL ABUSER you goof. And you did not talk to the Constable you lying sack of shit. I confirmed that today.
Don't think for a moment you can run from them, or try to hide in another location. This isn't the only medium information about you is getting out there.

'City Discount Tires', Formally 'Victoria Discount Tires' Owner George Jerome Makow Was Charged With Animal Cruelty!

Just when you thought this guy couldnt be any worse, he was charged with animal cruelty a couple of years ago and the SPCA has ongoing investigations into him as he now has another poor dog! Here is the SPCA link about the charge:

Here is an excerpt:
George Jerome Makow has been charged under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act for failing to provide adequate shelter and access to water to his Rottweiler/shepherd mix, T-Bone. Witnesses reported that T-Bone was also constantly chained in Makow's back yard and howled and barked day and night.
I called the SPCA to confirm this was in fact the same guy who owned Victoria Discount Tires and the constable I spoke to confirmed it is. They said he had closed his Victoria Discount Tire store location and they where trying to find him as other people have been reporting to them he has another poor dog. They have an ongoing investigation into this guy. I kindly told them his new address obtained from the Better Business Bureau, (per my previous reports above) and that he changed the business name to City Discount Tires. They were very pleased to have this information and will be doing further investigations on him as this is the 3rd dog he has had.
I knew he was shady at business, but to learn he is also an animal abuser just lets you all know what a sick, twisted guy this.

Have you never heard of a franchise? We have been here since last April 1st. We have not changed any names or locations. We have never done any "deal" coupons, nor do we want to. You have a great day sir
