switched one of the sample packets. We dispute this fact and he sent the machine back to us. There are no missing parts to the machine.
We obtained another sample exactly like the one the customer claimed was missing and have placed it in the machine and will return the item to the customer."
So if everything was as supposed to be when you shipped, why did you just state: "We obtained another sample exactly like the one the customer claimed was missing and have placed it in the machine and will return the item to
the customer." It would not make sense to obtain another if it was actually included in the first place you Scammers.

The item he purchased is a razor blade vending machine that dispenses packets of razor blades for 10 cents. There are 4 little windows that display samples of what is being purchased. When the customer received the machine, he claimed that we removed or switched one of the sample packets. We dispute this fact and he sent the machine back to us. There are no missing parts to the machine.
We obtained another sample exactly like the one the customer claimed was missing and have placed it in the machine and will return the item to the customer.
Contrary to what this customer stated, we have never had a problem such as this in the past. We or any of our employees would not steal a $15.00 packet of razor blades and we did not even charge the customer for the shipping. He will get exactly what he bid on at the auction at no additional cost.
