Please be careful when purchasing anything at this store. My husband purchased a television set for me for Christmas. Because it was a gift, he specifically asked if he could return it if it was the wrong size. He was NOT told the box should be factory sealed. He was specifically told there would be no problem if he returned it within 30 days and retained the box. The television was way to big for our room and we wanted a much smaller TV. When we tried to retun it, they refused, and would only give us an in store credt for 12 months of 1,4000.00. Well the television we want, only cost 400.00, so guess what. We are out 1,000.00 or we have to buy electronic equipment that we do not need for 1,000.00. While the return policy is in very small print on the receipt, the salesman was verbally deceptive. The BBB rates this store with an F for non responsiveness and similar complaints. This outlines pretty much the way they do business. What a shame. They have lost good customers, as we had purchased several items from them in the past.
