Received Video Professor email on line and for only Shipping only, could receive one Cd how to run Windows XP. Upon receiving this video I also received 2 others which I wasn't aware of at the time this made a Lesson Plan,and like a dumbell, I gave them my credit card no., and about a week later, Video Professor, instead of deducting shipping charges of $8.99 removed $189.95 from my Bank Account.
I called them the next day, I check my bank account every day. and asked them what was going on, where is my money and why so much. The employee advised that I had a Lesson plan and that is what it costs. I said no, won't happen, and returned all the Cd's by registered mail, costing me another $28.00 to send it that way, and they received it on 15 July 2009.
During the next week I called again and asked where my money was and they said, it takes 15 Business Days to return the money, and after finding out what was 15 days from the 15th, Which was the 7th of August 2009. After still not receiving on the 7th of August I called back again, and again got an answer that it would be another 15 days. I then Called the Colorado Governor's Office, going to the Jag Department who then Gave me the phone number for the Better Business Bureau. Denver, Colorado.
I didn't think I would get any help from them, but I did! I ASKED THEM, do you have a phone number for Video Professor, and they said Yes. I don't remember the number, but they gave me a Phone Number that is not advertised anywhere, and that is where I called, getting the unadvertised number for Video Professor and after I called that number and talked to a great lady, nothing like you get on the 800 number. This was in the late evening here in Florida, and she said that it was too late to get my money to me that Friday, but I would get it that Monday Morning. (Actually I thought I was getting the run-around-again, but darn if the money wasn't in my bank on Monday Morning, when I checked my account, on line.
As a Suggestion, Contact the Better-Business-Bureau in Denver, Colorado, and get that LOCAL number from them. and hopefully you will be as lucky as I was. Thanks.

I am presently in the process of getting paperwork together to send to Attorney General's Office, Denver Colorado, in reference to Video Professor ripping off so many other individuals. After you get the forgotten phone number for Video Professor where I received my refund of $189.95 they tried to rip off of me, write or call the attorney General's Office in Denver, Colorado, and report it. If we get enough people to contact them, maybe they will take Legal Action against Video
Professor.
