Video Professor Refusing to give me a return authorization for a refund Denver, Colorado

I have been trying for several months (prior to my expiration date) to obtain a return authorization and the company just kept extending my return date. 

I finally got tired and asked them to just give me an authorization to return the videos and they told me on the September 28th, that they had charged me that day and I would have to fill out a violation report.  After not receiving the report, I had to call back several times and each time they said they woudl email me the form, which never came.  They finally mailed me one almost a month later.

After no response for 10 weeks I called them back and asked for a status.  They told me the the refund was denied and I should have read the instructions.

Bottom line is that I did read the instructions, which stated I needed a return authorization, which they never gave me.  If anyone wants to start a class action suit, please count me in as I was ripped off for $189 for something I never wanted and tried to send back.
