I was lured into getting a free digital camera for trying out the Video Professor, all I had to do was send one of the c/d's back within 10 days.
Here is where they rip you off they get your credit card # and bam you can't do a dam thing from there. I recieved the wrong c/d's for my computer (called them immediately), so I can't even use them. They don't instruct you on the phone that you need a authorization # to send it back. So low and behold it came back. Onto the 2nd phone call no reply then a 3rd today. I've also tried to e-mail them to no avail.
So here I sit with 3 c/d's a charge for 6.95 for shipping and $79.95 billed to my checking account, that we weren't counting on. No one will mail me or call me. I hope others will read all the posts of complaints from this company.
I had no idea so many people were being ripped off. His commericals look so genuine too! P.S. there is no free gift! Another bait to lure you in and then wham they have you.
Please be forwarned I'm still trying to cancel my account and get an authorization # so I can be rid of these c/d's once and for all.

The objective of this company is to sell you cd's that you don't want or need. In order to do this they have to set you up on an autoship program, much like vitamins. The reason you cannot get in touch with them is no accident, they don't want to hear from you. I am going to doubt that once they get the cd's back that credit will be issued, and now you know the cd's just keep on coming. The only way to stop this garbage will be to cancel your cc card. And if you ever want to try their product simply go to EBAY there are tons of his cd's on there.

Even though I was assured my account was cancelled. I received yet another shipment. I promptly wrote refused on the box and sent them back. Will this deter any more shipments, I highly doubt it.
I now have to go fill out paper work with my bank to dispute the charges on my account. This is so sad to think I got lured in by a free digital camera, that is so non existant. Now I have to contend with endless e-mails and phone tag yet again.
I truly hope that anyone out there will not be tempted by anything free and do their homework. I know I'm not alone with the attempts of getting Video Professor to leave me alone.

finally got a response, sending cd's back

I was shocked to find after countless e-mails and 3 phone messages an e-mail awaiting me. I now have an authorization # to send back the cd's, no mention of sending the wrong ones. I'm happy to be just rid of these cd's and video professor for good! This site I feel must have helped in some way.
I got a response the day after my post.....makes you wonder!
