Viking Van Lines Bait and Switch Sunrise Florida

I told the receptionist that I had a lot of items and needed a big truck....they promised a semi, and three workers. When they showed up...they had a little box truck and only 2 workers. I was promised the third guy would be there shortly......2 hours later I called to complain he hadnt arrived, and the owner....jerk.....told his guys to unload my stuff and leave the job.....his guys said they had already loaded too much and didnt want to lose the job.....the owner is an absolute jerk. I wound up paying a large sum of money to have my stuff moved and I ended up doing a third of the work. It took three trips in the box truck and the job still wasnt done. They also tried to tell me I had to buy ridiculously priced packaging for my stuff, even though we were only going a few miles.....stay away....I can't warn you enough...what a nightmare.
