Vince Barbagallo aka VinnyBigBird, aka Alan, aka all of the names you see in my title.......Has been ripping people off by the thousands since 2005. His game is slick, but he's getting sloppy. He'll change his name soon enough, but he's stolen hundreds of thousands from his victims and is still at it using ebay to sell Industrial Machinery, such as hydryalic presses and large band saws. His old scheme was to "sell" Fusion Fiber Splicer equipment. Require payment up front, never accepting credit cards unlerss he was scamming a new employer victim, always wire was his preference. He'd never ship or ship a unless broken unit, then take the $ and run. He's been doing this out of MN, MI, NY, PA, OH and who knows where else.
NEW EBAY ID: Machinerytech and email attached is toolworks1@gmail.com also used to own "American Splicing, LLC" where he took some people for literally a few hundred grand. Unfortunately, he's moved around as he always does, from state to state leaching off of the women he's conned as well.... sad.
He's using divorce, "mental hospitalization" and contemplation of suicide to spark empathy from the people he's stolen from. Vince is admitting to stealing from and promising to pay us back, even lying and saying he's seeking "legal counsel" to find out his rights, etc etc. How can someone steal SO much from SO many and still continue to operate?! It is sad that he has pushed us all to this point, but we need RESOLVE!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT buy from or sell to this person. If a person named "Alan" is following the same M.O. please realize that it's Vince. From the dozens of people I've encountered, we are calculating several HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars stolen.

American Splicing will not stiff you and to confirm we are setting things straight regarding money and/or equipment owed, last week, we squared away 6 customer accounts to the complete satisfaction of all 6 customers.
We are very sorry for the aggravation, business and lack of resolution to your case. As we continue to pay off accounts and get the needed funds to do so, your account will be resolved.

Wendy......have the guts to face me in person. You are a useless, fat, pig with no life, fired from various jobs and have zero ethics.
I had a problem which is why all of this happened. Get yourself a life you psycho......remember one thing.....Every person you talk to, tells me exactly what you say. Including those closest to you.
My ex-wife won't even hang out with you because she can't stand your drama and psychotic behavior. If you think she's your friend, you couldn't be more wrong.
Say what you want.......fidelity is a big problem in your life and everybody knows it. You are the laughing stock of this town. Do yourself a favor and put your energy into the various areas of your life needing improvement.
I admit what I did wrong and I've already paid off 2 people in the past 5 weeks......people can call me to speak to those people to confirm that I am setting things right. Drop dead skank.

Apparently you have more than one enemy in Gaylord Mr. Barbagallo. This person you speak of, calling degrading names, is obviously another of your many victims as the rest of us have been. The manner in which you speak of her illustrates your character far more than it does hers.
A "good faith payment" from the likes of you is a hard pill to swallow since your very nature is that of someone who knows nothing of faith nor anything good.
I did several jobs for you and was paid well in the beginning. However, as your scams and the law began to catch up with you, you left town and a large bill for the last of my work. The last thing I want from you is a "good faith payment" and a bunch of smoke from a habitual liar and sociopath.
You think that paying people back will fix things. You think that there won't be any consequences for robbing us blind. You think that the rules do not apply to you. Well Mr. Barbagallo, think again.

Just to clear the air.
The "truthjustice" person is a liar.
She is a bitter, fat, skank who has done hard drugs, disti, can't even keep herself together and she was fired for multiple violations of the HIPPA Act while working in a medical office.
Since she has no life and can't keep anybody in her life happy, she dumps on others.
My ex-wife and her boyfriend won't even associate with her because she is "a troublemarker and a cancer".
My ex-wife and I see each other to hand off our children and she spends time with me and the kids and has zero fear of me. We get along well and do what is best for our children.
Unlike the scumbag gaylord liar says......ask her how many times domestic dispute calls the cops have made to her house. She is violent and a drama queen. Her own neighbors want nothing to do with her.
For the record, I own up to my screwups and problems and I am fixing and resolving my problems and getting money back to everybody I owe it to.

He is in Gaylord. Gaylord is a very small town and close-knit community. He made contact with our friends and tried to apologize for scamming their family. He may not have credit but apparently has cash.We have seen the new Charger and is renting the lake house. He is threatening his terrified ex-wife, who's life he destroyed with lies and adultery.
If this was him trying to throw you off I don't think this would be a useful way to do so. There is a large group of us that want justice and do not want him in our town! If there is anything we can do to bring this criminal to justice we need to know the steps to take.
