Vincent Del Franco CEO MD of World Financial Group of Phoenix avoids paying service invoices like the plague. From 2005 onward I did some IT work at his Phoenix office - servers, workstations, networking - and he still owes me several hundred dollars from invoices that was billed. By late 2006 I gave up on ever getting paid for the remaining balance, but Vincent still calls to try to get me to "repair" work that he tries to claim as computer work that I never got right. But the repairs are actually maintenance related issues that he allowed to lapse and now is trying to use as leverage to get free work from me.

Vincent is the type of client who delays in paying invoices, hoping to use future computer service calls to get you back into his office. Then he doesn't pay for the old service that was billed in addition to the new service invoice. And he always tries to assert that the new service should be a warranty (and free) due to unsatisfactory work from the original service.

Any computer techs out there, stay away from this guy. His office may seem like a decent account, but the way he tries to milk the techs for free service is crazy. Apparently, I wasn't the first tech he used at his office. Be warned.
