The author of this ripoff report is a known substace abuser who got her son drunk on his 18th birthday.

Flagship Radio continues to accuse Sylvia Caprigno and her family for trading dippers for Drugs.  Efforts to prove that such things are happening have concluded that the statements made are only false accusations from liars that have personal issues with the CEO of Blessed be Baskets Charity.   Accusing Sylvia's son of being a part of an elaborate scheme which they have yet to prove...   And obviously Flagship cant even do their own jobs with flagship radio ( FAKE RADIO STATION )   instead they are obsessed with Vincent and his mother.     

Meanwhile Vincent and Sylvia Caprigno have been busy working on the charity and the Tampa Youth Project and actually helping individuals in which their time should be spent instead of worrying about pathetic situations in efforts to bring down the charity 

Tom has said multiple time that Vincent is a part of this elaborate scheme in which Tom claims that they trade dippers for drugs and other services which turned out to be NOT true with investigations.   Blessed Be Baskets charity even encouraged the IRS to start an investigation because they have nothing to hide.    Sylvia and Vincent have offered on numerous occasions that if they wanted to pay for a Polygraph test to be completed then we will comply and take the test to prove that we are truthful.   Unfortunately Tom and Flagship radio continue to lie their way through out the internet instead of actually focusing on their own radio and work that they should be doing.

The Photo the person above attached was a PRIVATE photo on Vincent's Personal Facebook.  Facebook has reported that Vincent's account was compromised and we have reason to believe that it was Tom and His team of liars with Flagship Radio.  You guys have a private picture.... so obviously it was you.

Tom likes to create fake reports on Vincent because he cannot stand the fact that Vincent has done nothing wrong and he has already stated that the only reason why he is attacking Vincent because he is the son of Sylvia Caprigno and that alone.  Not because he did anything wrong he is just her son.   Which is wrong and a very low thing to do.
