Vincent Visoiu is one of the biggest and most successful con artists I have ever seen. His resume is full of positions and credentials that nothing but fantasy and fiction. Many of his positions are at companies that were registered, and then disolved shortly after. Yet his time at these companies is stated for years. He claims to have an MBA and an MD, but there are no records of these degrees. He also claims to have passed several FINRA series exams, yet a simple lookup on these websites will show that these do not exist. I hope this report will help any future employers in exposing this fraud.

I just discovered this post by doing a search for my name I was unpleasantly surprised at how maliciously intended it is and how grossly unsubstantiated it is. This is obviously done by a co-worker that is full of envy for my accomplishments and would like to see me not advance in my career. The poster has no proof for any of the statements he made and gives as evidence an erroneous fact. I will rebut this evidence given by showing the actual facts below.
The poster stated that I started working for Brookstone Capital in 2006. This is true as you can read here: http://www.prweb.com/releases/2006/07/prweb410328.htm
However the poster states that the company forfeited in 2004 which is not true. The company was still in business in June 2008 when it encountered legal trouble and closed few months later. I was still an employee (contractor) at that time and I was not named in the legal proceedings as you can see here:

Since the provided evidence is obviously false I ask you to remove the damaging false statements from this post that was obviously done with malicious intent and with a gross lack of manufactured evidence by a low-life individual.
