Ok...... I spoken to John Martin or someone who says they are John Martin. First time we spoke he called my job. I advised him that I should not be contacted about this at work and basically tried to play 50 questions with me about giving him a call back later. So..... I called as I promised and began speaking with him.

He then started to get a little frustrated when I did not agreeing with doing a balance transfer from one credit card to another so that the debt would be taken care of. I explained to him that I did not feel comfortable with that and would not want to do that. He then be came more upset and started saying that I am not serious about this so he will just take the necessary actions.

I advise him I am very serious and I would rather just consult the company ( Chase ) about the issue first. He continued to complain and use the statement oh your not serious your not serious.

I called them today asking for a fax # and address he tried to evade my questioning for this information by asking questions that he can take up with the Debt Settlement Company I am working with. So..... I asked would he like me to contact them on 3 way he said yes so I did.

He then said oh this is a 2 bit settlement company and its going to take this and that long for it to happen and wanted to make arrangements with me as advised by my Attorney which he also tried to say doesnt exist. I explained how odd that was considering it says "A National Law Firm Dedicated to Consumer Rights" associated with all of the information they put out. Anyways they still want to give me hard time but did give me a fax # 952-944-4632 and PO Box 59207 Minneapolis, MN 55459.
