Vinted unjust banishment, harassment, illegal selling of counterfeit goods Internet

I joined www.vinted.com about a month ago. I thought it was a great idea. Girls come together to buy, swap, and sell clothing. And I LOVE fashion. I started uploading items into my "closet" and I became active in the forums.

First thing I noticed was the amount of knockoffs on this site. It seemed that every other item I came across was counterfeit. I found this very disturbing, because where there are counterfeit, there are scammers.

I brought this up in the forums. I brought up the fact that it is completely illegal to buy and sell counterfeit items. I brought up the fact that Vinted moderators should do a better job of filtering them out. This got me A LOT of backlash from some of the girls on the site, claiming I was attacking girls who sold counterfeit items. Which I was not. I simply do not support the counterfeit culture. Not to mention it's ILLEGAL.

I didn't get any response from Vinted mods. I decided to take it into my own hands and report all the counterfeit items I saw, hoping that it would make things easier on the mods. I figured since they were just starting up, they weren't well staffed. I figured I could help.

I was wrong. The mods don't care. I reported the same bag that stated it was fake in the description about 15 times and they never removed it. They never removed any of the items I reported. Even though they were all clearly counterfeit. They just wanted their money.

I expressed my concern through emails to vinted. I got no response. I emailed designers and anti-counterfeit organizations to let them know about the amount of counterfeits on Vinted. I told Vinted this. Still nothing. Then one day, I couldn't access the forums. Found out I was banned from the forums for 4 days. They credited it to girls reporting me for being "rude, harassing, and abusive." I included screen names of girls that were harassing ME. Saying I needed to die, that I was a crazy b***h with no life, etc. These members never received punishment.

I'm fed up with Vinted by now. I had made 130 dollars that was in my Vinted "wallet", but was still pending. I was a great seller, getting fantastic feedback from all my buyers. I made a lot of friends on the forum. But the way the site was being run was shady. I removed all of my items from my Vinted "closet." I no longer wanted to support a business that did not support its consumers. 

I stayed on the forums because I had made a lot of friends and I liked the community of girls (that weren't bashing me.) I figured I did all I could for the counterfeit sales. I reported them when I saw them, but it wasn't doing any good.

Three days ago, my friend on the site messaged me saying she was banned from the forums. Vinted mods said her photos looked "too professional". I went to the forums stating she had been banned and why. She was a professional photographer. Of course her photos will look professional!! I said that Vinted needs to stop punishing the innocent girls on the site and actually do something about the scammers and counterfeits. That they are a business that is supposed to provide customer service and they aren't doing a very good job.

The thread was up for about a minute before it was deleted by a mod and I was blocked from the site. Until 2016. I was outraged. I still have 130 dollars in my account!! With no way to access it now! I emailed Vinted, demanding an explanation. They replied that they would help me payout and that I was banned from the site because girls were reporting me for being "rude, harassing, and abusive." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I guess it's just a coincidence that not a minute earlier I was questioning Vinted's ethics.

Mind you, I am NOT rude, harassing, or abusive. In any way. I am a very educated, yet opinionated women. I will not disrespect anyone's views, opinions or beliefs. I may disagree, but I do so respectfully. When I debate something, I always make sure I have the information to back it up. If I was reported by girls, it was simply because they do not like me. And that's not a fair reason to report someone.

I emailed Vinted back, asking that they give me money now. And that I suggest they actually investigate reports before taking it as fact. I received no response back. I've emailed them about eight times. Nothing.

I tried to make another account on Vinted to talk to my friends on there about it. I realized that Vinted had blocked my IP address. I used my mobile data to get passed this, and was messaging friends about it. I didn't say anything in the forums, I didn't start any trouble. I just wanted to talk to my friends. They banned that account.

I didn't know how they knew until I realized they are reading my friends' private messages. Without permission. ILLEGAL. Invasion of privacy and all sorts of wrong. I made two more accounts with the same results. Each one ended up blocked.

I still have not received a response back from Vinted. Yet they are obsessed enough that they ban any other account I make. They are witholding my 130 dollars, illegally monitoring messages, and just downright SKETCHY all around. Girls on Vinted complain about money missing from their wallets, lack of customer service from the mods, and shady practices when it comes to reports.

I don't want this to end up a company where scammers flock because there are a lot of honest, respectful girls on there that don't deserve to be ripped off. But the way Vinted runs the company is downright ridiculous.
