Less than a year ago, I purchased a Viore 32" flat-screen at Walmart. The picture stopped working 12 days ago. I called the service number and they told me I needed Return it to Walmart. to furnish proof of purchase. I told them I doubted that, it was outside of the 90 day period for exchange. They told me I had to. I emailed Walmart Service with my sales slip, claim number and what I had been told. Walmart returend that email right away with a note to call Viore/Encompass back, it was all straightend out. Viore/Encompass asked for my proof of purchase, I submitted my receipt via email and was given a service number. They told me they would call with contact info for a service provider in my area. I didn't hear from them for a couple of days, so I called. The told me they would call back. They didn't. I called again and was given a phone number of a local service company ( Bay State Television Repair) and a service number. I called and the owner answered, he had no clue as to what I was talking about, but he took the information and the customer service number for Viore/Encompass. He returned my call the next day telling me he has no idea who these people are and I should try a supervisor or manager. I called back, they told me they would find a new provider and call me back right away. After 2 days, I emailed them, they responded with a number for a new provider. I called the number, it was out of service. I replied to the email that it was a dead number and I would file a complaint if they didn't act soon. They didn't.
