I have been having problems connecting to the internet with Virgin Mobile Broadband2Go and each time I would call in I would get someone you could hardly understand telling me they were either updating, performing maintenance on their system or they were not sure why I could not log on. Nor did they offer to credit the days and days I was not able to log on through their "prepaid" service.
As you know it is frustrating trying to get work done when something is not working and it is not the person on the other end of the line fault however when they do not have a good command of the language and they read you a script without listening to what you are saying the frustration level jumps by a factor of 10. After a couple of months of really poor service and excuses I decided I was tired of prepaying for a service I was NOT receiving.
You cannot go on line to cancel you have to call in... yep talk to the person you cannot understand and who doesn't care whether you continue your service. I went on line with 'live chat' in attempt to get an address where I could send my complaint. I was told several times they offered pre-paid no contract service and I could "change" anytime I wished. Well so much for making things right. I never did get an address. So for those of you considering using their service my recommendation is DO NOT.
