This is misleading.....it fails to tell you that of the "500" they are including the free 250 minutes you get at the end of each month anyway. Online this information can be found-with a lot of digging, but when purchasing the minutes via the phone there is no disclosure of this. Bad business
I requested that they add the 250 more to my account to make their statement a true, valid statement or refund my money.
