This is the 3rd time in 6 months that Virgin Mobile has charged my debit card twice after I have told them everytime when I pay monthly bill to take the card off.
The first 2 times this occured it took about 4 days to get the money refunded back into my bank account.
Now this time after 7 days all I hear is they added the extra money to my virgin mobile account. I have never signed up for extra minutes and do not need them.
I get the same response from every service rep I have talked to " We have to investigate the problem".
WTf do you have to investigate.  Plain and simple, I have been charged for something I have not wanted.
After hours of frustration, I finally told the last person to find another line of work, because obviously you work for a bunch of scam artists.
I don't intend to ever see my account credited. But one thing I am sure of, I am canceling service and going to tell every person I come in contact with about this scam company. Richard Branson needs to wake up! This company will not get another penny out of me and hopefully not anyone else if they report them enough.
