Became a Virgin Mobile customer four months ago and noticed right away that I was running out of minutes to make calls. After checking the call logs I became aware that I was being charged for calls I did not make. The bulk of these calls occurred during the hours while I slept. The first time I complained to Virgin tech support they promised to look into the issue and report their findings. They did not call back. For the second complaint I was re-imbursed five dollars. I began removing the battery from my phone every night before bed. The late night charges continued. Hundreds of minutes. The third complaint they accused me of making the calls and refused to help. I believe Virgin runs up the call minutets for unsuspecting customers to encourage Top Up.
