This company is supposed to be there to help acquire and maintain a cell phone for those who would not normally be able to do so through the usual channels; IE Low Income Eldery & The Disabled. It was brought to my attention well actually I was slapped in the face with it when last month my free 250 mins ran out so I in turn spent $20.00 of my hard earned dollars to put 1000 mins plan on my phone; well this month when my regular date to receive my 250 free minutes is coming I start getting messages from this rip off company to top up as they put it,
I paid no mind as I figured I had 523 of my 1000 min plan left and would be receiving my 250 free mins that would have left me with 773 mins, well low & behold you know what this SH*%%Y company did to me, they did give me my 250 free mins, but they also stole the 523 minutes that I, not them had paid for. Now who out there thinks this is the biggest rip off going on?? Who the hell are they to even begin to think they can take something that does not belong to them,
THEY STOLE MY MONEY., and need to GIVE IT BACK. I earned it not them. HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAS THIS HAPPENED TO??? Try to contact them and you get outsourced to someone who barely speaks the language and is following some troubleshooting script and either can't or just plain does not want to help you. Hey maybe that is where my money went to pay the phone jockeys in never neverland or wherever they are. All I know is that we as people do not need to tolerate these constant rip offs. Maybe someone should file a class action suit, as I am sure I am not the only one that has been ripped off in this manner. We'll see. Anyone else have the same problem?
