Does your business have a bad reputation?
Fix it the right way.
Corporate Advocacy Program™
This is simply another network marketing plan. The more people who invest more time and more money into it, the more money the people who have been in it longer make. Just like Amway, etc. Luckily, it will soon be a business of the past just like all those others that all these network marketers have tried, made money, then failed.... they will try another one soon again I'm sure!

POSTED: Friday, March 15, 2013I followed your link to the BBB profile for Visalus. I don't think an A+ rating is really that bad, maybe in your world but not where I come from.
As to the definition of a pyramid scheme: that definition is incomplete because it does not clarify what is considered "fraudulent". A pyramid scheme is considered fraudulent IF there is no legitimate product or service transferred for the monetary participation in the system. In the case of Visalus, they use a multilevel marketing model that has been in use for more than 2000 years. I think a guy named Jesus Christ started using it pretty effectively back then.
If there was anything fraudulent about that model then we should bring people like Donald Trump and Warren Buffett under charges for having holdings in companies that have such sales and distribution models. Both gentlemen mentioned above have publicly stated that they think multi-level marketing of products is the most economical and beneficial way of getting product to consumers and will be employed much more widely in the very near future.
As a customer of Visalus, you do not have to participate in the multi-level aspect of the company at all; just buy the product or don't buy the product. The multi-level model does not affect you at all since you are not getting paid as a customer (unless you consider getting your product for free as being paid, and even then I don't think you are being swindled in that transaction).
I must admit that I am biased towards Visalus because I am now promoting their Challenge. That is because after using their product they way they recommended, I lost 30 lbs in 60 days and am no longer consider pre-diabetic. I have customers who have lost 60 and 70 lbs and have been taken off their high blood pressure meds and cholesterol meds. When you feed the body correctly it will begin doing its job correctly and some pretty amazing things will happen.
I am sure there are other products out there that will do similar things, but they just aren't doing as good a job of getting their name out there. The proof is in the pudding... or the shake.

This doesn't make it a scam....

POSTED: Thursday, September 20, 2012Hey, I am so sorry you have had no results with the program. I don't think there is any one product out there guaranteed to work 100% of the time for 100% of the people. Gaining weight doesn't seem very realistic though, unless you are not following the plan properly which includes making sure you eat the right amount of food too. Not eating enough, can cause weight gain in any program.
I personally lost 30 lbs in my first 90 day challenge, my husband and mother lost more than that. It's been a great blessing, an easy to follow program, and the weight stays off afterwards, unlike almost everything else I've ever tried. You also mention they are expensive, at about $1.85 per shake, you can't even get a meal at the grocery store for that price, let alone a drive through...VERY affordable plan.
Fortunately for these rare situations like you are saying you experienced, Visalus offers a 100% money back guarantee. They are very confident and so proud of their product, that's a pretty darn good guarantee to put out there. I've got hundreds of customers (I am a promoter with the company) and no one as ever taken advantage of that guarantee as of yet, but it's nice to know it's there just in case things are not working out. This certainly shows the company is reputable, and stands behind their product as well as supports their customers. To me, that would seem like the opposite of a scam.
Anyone who needs to take advantage of this guarantee, just call the rep who enrolled you. They will help you get everything taken care of. I wish you the best of luck, I hope all was resolved for you.
Sincerely,
Very happy promoter and customer,
Amy Sol

POSTED: Wednesday, July 11, 2012My wife is a fitness instructor and teaches class five times a week, after losing roughly 50 pounds she hit a plateau and stayed at the same weight for over a year. We had changed most of our routine but we were still falling into bad eating habits. Then we found out about visalus from a friend and signed up for the 90 day challenge.
Within the first two weeks, my wife lost ten lbs and while I am already at my goal weight and using the shake for maintenance and toning, I have noticed an increase in energy and stamina when working out.
It is unfortunate that you didn't get the results you were looking for, and I'm sure very frustrating as well. Perhaps there are underlying physical or medical conditions that are preventing you from losing weight. Either way, not every product is right for every person, but it has given us immediate results.
I am a believer and I know that Visalus is not a scam.
P.S. every company has someone at the top and someone at the bottom and the higher up makes more money!
