On Jan 25,2007 I brought a 42" lcd tv, spectroniq 4250 lcd-hd. Ups deliver the tv on 02-09-2007. On 02-14-2007 I press the power button and only the audio came on with no picture. I called consumer support at [1-888-257-8899]. After going through resetting tv and unplugging for 45 minutes which didn't fix the problem. Spectroniq told me they would send out a new set, and that I would have to pay to send back this defected tv even though the tv is only 6 weeks old. I refused to pay over $100.00 to send back a defected tv.
