They do not look at insurance as a 'method of payment' just as a promotion,. This is not only dishonest its illegal. RIP OFF!
I ac see that an insurance might reinburse at a different level - and if you want something that is not covered, one might have to pay the difference, but to say that if you have insurance, you are not qualified as the other person walking in the door is does not have it, is BULLSH*T!
