Vista Print started putting unauthorized charges on my credit card about 6 months ago. After my husband called to dispute the charges, they said they would not charge the card any more and would refund any charges. They didn't. Several months later and they are now charging $14.95 fee again.

I am disputing charges with my credit card company. It's what I should have done from the very beginning. I am also contacting the Attorney General in my state to file a formal complaint. In addition, I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau to advise them that Vista Print is purporting to be a member. My guess is that they are not a member.

I have ordered things from Vista Print with never a problem. I have a suggestion.

First of all dispute the charges.

Secondly, please change your credit card number. It is free, just tell them you lost your card and they will send you a new card, therefore stopping anyone from charging to your account.

Have Dealt with Vista Print before and was satisfied

I just wanted to say that I ordered business cards from Vista Print and got what I ordered. Of course, they carge shipping for the basic free offer, so it's not completely free. But the advertisement was correct in that there was no charge for the minimum number of cards; just the shipping. I added to that basic charge, so I had to pay other things, but still received my business cards at a very competitive rate. So I was happy.

It was slow to deal with them, partially because they ship via US Mail. It also took at least a couple of weeks for them to even get to my print job. But, I did not ask for rush handling, so they did not misrepresent this. In fact, they said it would take at least seven (7) weeks, and it was actually less than that before I received my cards.

Overall, I was not dissatisfied with them. Correspondence with them was answered quickly, and I got what I paid for. They did not place any unauthorized charges on my account.

Had you checked with BBB to learn whether or not they were? I copied the Reliability Report off the BBB site, and thought I would share the information with you. Here it is! The Better Business Bureau wrote to Vista Print USA, Inc. and asked the company to substantiate the following claims made on the company's website: 250 Business Cards Free, Free Custom Printed Business Cards, Satisfaction Guaranteed, Best Printing, Best Prices. The company responded to the Bureau's request for written substantiation on 04/19/04 addressing the free offer claims, however the Bureau determined that the company's response did not substantiate the claims, and the company has not removed the claims from their website. As of 07/06/04 the company has not responded to the Bureau regarding ther Best Printing and Best Prices claims, and the claims have not been removed from the company's website.
