I bought business cards in april/may 2012 that never arrived. They offered a credit note which as i was still waiting for cards to arrive, i accepted. Since then i have a new reliable, superior printers. I contacted vista about this telling them i wanted a refund for goods not supplied to me. They said they would refund me but wanted bank numbers that are not needed unless you are abroad transferring large deposits of money. I gave them pay pal details the actual copy of payment, i gave bank details that are required sort code account number etc. I have written many times to emails stating again they would give me credit, its like they dont even read the emails i've sent. As the answer never is about the subject matter. I have also called them about this. They have both emailed and said on phone they would give me a refund. But seem totally incompetant in this matter. I have told them i have no use for a credit note as i will not be buying from them in the future. It is theft, lies and complete indifference to their customer. I feel like they think its acceptable to keep someones money when the y fail to supply the goods. I want something done about this, 21.16 may it may seem a small amount, but in this recession every penny counts. Its also about theft, and currupt business practices. Please help
