We are saddened to see that a disappointed ex-employee felt it necessary to lash out in a public forum, with misleading accusations.
We are a private membership resort with several thousand members, and take great pride in how we treat our members, staff and guests. We are family-owned and family-oriented. The health and safety of our several thousand members is utmost in our minds.
We work closely with the California HCD to obtain the necessary permits and inspections on our remodeling and new construction, and we are monitored regularly by the Yolo County Health Dept., and have never been shut down, or even fined for any violation of codes. We stick to those codes like glue.
We are proud of the way we monitor the integrity of our sales reps, do not engage in "hard sell" tactics, and mostly allow the product to sell itself. Thousands of happy campers can't be wrong.
We hope this fellow has found rewarding employment elsewhere, and that he and his family are happy and secure.
