i ordered business cards from vistaprint in august 2005, and nevere realized i had joined some membership club. i have been paying for over 4 years with the amount going up every year. no renewal notices ever sent to me just increased charges.
i know i must look like an idiot but my husband always pays the bills and the charges were always in with other charges so he never asked me about them. we stopped using the card and the charge starting showing every month and he was curious.
i immediately called and cancelled. i also called the credit card company and told them not to honor any future charges. i am also disputing the charges.
i have sent an email to the parent company to voice my discontent.
