Vita Research Solutions HIPPA VIOLATION , Internet

Vita Research flagrantly violates HIPPA federal laws. They have access to databases with names and addresses of individuals with diseases- databases that these private individuals never, ever consented to being a part of. Vita Research sends out solicitation letters which clearly reveal the disease of that individual. 

Tellingly, the solicitation letters do not have last names of company personnel... only first name(s). When you call "Robert" (or any other person there) they will not give out their last names. They will not give out any information on how they got the database or your name. They have multiple stories about how they generate the letters, none of which are true or carry merit. For example, they might claim that they dont know to whom the letters go but this is irrelevant (if true). My privacy is violated at my home. 

Be very very careful about this company. They have demonstrated a ethical and legal disregard for the law and have shown their behavior to be callous, cold, immoral and, they are out to rip you off. I would never trust my health to a company or individuals who violate basic HIPPA laws and violate any basic level of decorum, human respect and customer service. 

The sad thing is that they know that people with diseases are the most vulnerable people in society. How can those with disease file a complaint with the state attorney general without losing all confidentiality??
