VitaFree aka Diet ZX. Liars, refusing to send me my money back. Bell, California & Internet, USA

Since August of 2001 I have been trying to get my $111.20 back. They charged my credit card then my checking account. I did recieve a credit on my credit card on 10-4-01 but I am still waiting for my credit for what deducted on my checking account. On Feb. 22,2002 they did give me a ref #5374675 and that the check would be out the first week of March 2002. As of April 24, 2002 I have not recieved any of my money back.

Now when I call they tell me all they can do is take orders and or take messages for the Customer Service Dept to call me. I have also sent several e-mails to no avail.
