I placed an order with VitalSprings Health products over a week ago. The delivery was suppose to be 3 days. I called for a status of my order since they charged my credit card and I was told that they called me to verify my shipping address and I never responded. I explained that I never received a call that is why I am calling to follow up 7 days later first they told me they shipped it to my PO Box I asked for the tracking number they could not provide one but told me that they shipped it out 5 days ago to my PO Box I explained that I requested to be shipped at my home address not my credit card billing address. I was then told they could cancel the shipment because they just mailed it to UPS. Once again I explained that I never received a call. They told me yes I did and a lot of customers claims that they never received a call and they were not sure if I was telling the truth. I explained the purpose of me call was to follow up on the order if I received a message there would be no reason for my call 7 days later. I was then told they could cancel my order but I would bbe charged a shipping fee. I told them that was not fair, then I was hung up on when I tried to call back the line was busy it is obvious that they had the phone off the hook. This company is misleading; fraudulent and deceitful. They should not be allowed to conduct business in the United States or anywhere. I am going to also report them to the better business bureau my goal is too close these types of internet order business down because they are rude misleading; fraudulent and deceitful.
