I received part of the order and returned it for a refund of $127.36 which I did receive. The other part of the order was canceled and to date I still have not received a refund of $111.20 for the canceled/not received order.
I have sent numerous emails and mailed a complet chronology of my correspondence to the Vitafree.com, 720 Clairmont Blvd., San Diego, CA. The toll free number that the offer is no longer valad.
I have received responses from people who have said that my refund is being processed. I found a new address and phone number for the company on the internet Vitafree, 7975 Raytheon Rd., San Diego, CA 92111 (858)496-1100.
I spoke with a Ali Afshari on 11/01/02 who said that he had to speak with his supervisor to find out how to correct the situation. We'll See

I spoke with a very helpful gentleman by the name of Ali Afshari. I explained my situation to him, he took my name and phone number so he could speak to his supervisor and said that he or she would return my call.
By the afternoon when I had not heard from anyone I called again. I was put right thru to Ali who explained to me that he did speak to his supervisor and the situation with the company.
The problem is not with the Vitafree company but with Family Products and Freedomfullment. They are the company Vitafree contract to take and process orders. Which is the response you get from them if you get anyone on the phone when you call thier 800 number.
I am waiting for Ali or his supv. to call me back. I will keep you updated on my status.
Also, it does absolutely no good to contact the BBB. I tried that with no solution.
