On 02/21/13 A New Hope For Tucson Foundation purchased LIQUID GLUCOSAMINE/CHONDROITIN 32 FL OZ from the vitaminshoppe.com, after a week we get an email stateing they changed our order, we wrote back stateing that we gave NO authority for them to do that as were getting what we were told to get for our client who has specific problems, why didn't they refund our money?
They never answered our emails or returned our phone calls. They just flat out ripped us off, yes took the money and kept it! This is the first time we have ever done this but the importantance is so great we need to let people know. This Man cant even walk because of his condition and would be better if we had given the medicine he needed but they ripped us off for.

The shipment just arrived. Good Grief! I think the left hand isnt talking with the right. The most important thing is my integridy, so The vitamins that I did order did finally come , I do have the email saying they were replaced etc, but I do want people to know they are Honest, they just need to talk to people.
