This guy is the reason attorneys have a bad name.  He harrassed me, threatened me, and was not a nice person... to be nice about it.   He came after me because on of the girls that contracts to me had a boyfriend, which happens to be a friend of mine, that was on workman's comp.  I was put through 4 hours of abuse, called a deposition.  Now he is doing the same to my customers.  All because my friend is on workmans comp.   Because of this jerk I have several outstanding balances due and am closing my company.  Beware of this person and do everything you can not to have any dealings with him.  If you are supeoenaed get your own attorney.
