Viva Nails And Spa Poor Customer Service - Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I had my nails refilled on 1/9/09. As the week went on I noticed there was no acrylic or very little acrylic on the sides of each nail. The sides were rough and jagged catching on everything. I returned on 1/16/09 because I was working all week. Showed the women at counter my nails. She said I had to wait till Nancy came in which was the woman that orginally completed my nails. After about 20 minutes, she had Nancy on the phone and ask if I wanted to speak to her, I said no - I just wanted my nails repaired. About 10 minutes later the woman at the counter comes over and asks for my first and last name. Goes away then comes back and said I haven't been there since 12/16/08. I said that was not true. She saidcome look at the computer. I told her I didn't care what the computer said and told her to look at my nails does it look like I haven't had my nails done since 12/16/08 and she said no. I stood and said if your not going to fix my nails I'll go somewhere else. Suddenly there was a seat open for me. The woman started to do my nails which she did a couple on each hand instead of fixing them all which needed to be done. Then asked if I wanted a refill. Which I would have to pay for. I told her I just received one last week. I said to her "you would think that you would want to make them perfect since the other woman screwed them up. I got up and walked out. When I got home I called to find out when the owner would be there because he is a very nice man and would have wanted to please the customer. I called when I got home, the woman Nancy that screwed up my nails got on the phone and said she was the owner which I know she is not.
She said I needed a whole new set of nails and would have to pay. I said if that were true why didn't you tell me that last week. She said she did and I said NO. Which was not true - if I needed them I would have gotten them. I asked again when the owner would be in. I told her I would tell everyone I know that goes there what bad service I received and she said go ahead who cares and hung up on me. I called back again a gentlemen answer and said he was the owner and told me to go to hell. I will never go back again. And will tell everyone I know this story. They also do hair and massages. Can you imagine if they do that to your nails what they would do to your hair.
