I am a customer of Vivint there clearly was a misunderstanding on my husbands part. We filed a ripoffreport and this past week, we received this email from this website where Vivint wants to make things right and go beyond the call of good customer service with customers from the past!
In all my years (over 50) of being ripped off as a consumer I never heard of a company like this doing what they are doing with this website ripoffreport.com. Everyone should know about this. More companies should be doing what Vivint has done.
About 6 months ago the company had already satisfied my husbands request when Vivint should not have.. Clearly Vivint went beyond the call of good customer service as I have read about companies doing here on this website.
The complaint my husband made was a misunderstanding on his part. I tried to tell him that.

I have to tell you, as the person who has gone through the long process of starting Rip-off Report, it is very commendable that Vivint is committed to satisfying their customers, past, present and those in the future... We would like to see more businesses out there like Vivint.ALL COMPANIES WILL GET COMPLAINTSHOW THOSE COMPANIES TAKE CARE OF COMPLAINTS IS WHAT SEPARATES GOOD BUSINESSES FROM BAD BUSINESSES!
As might be expected, when you have a company with as many customers as Vivint has, there will be, from time to time, certain issues. They may be customer service related, systems related or personnel related, but the company is 100% committed to remedying the problem.
If there are any complaints or issues, and they are presented clearly to Vivint, every possible effort to correct the problem quickly and satisfy the complainant will be undertaken. It is important that any complaints or report postings be very clear as to the issue, the harm done and the loss incurred so that the company can take concrete, specific steps to remedy the problem and ensure that it does not happen again.
We are contacting you by email to let you know that Vivint is ready and willing to respond. To begin that process, please email them at email@example.com and identify your concerns. Please provide your full name, address and telephone number in your email. A senior manager with the company will respond to your email and will find a resolution to your questions and concerns.
All emails to this address will be responded to within 3 business days, more than likely within 24 hours. Allow for additional time, two to three days, during holiday weeks.
Please, it is imperative that you also email us at Editor@ripoffreport.com so that we can keep abreast of how things are going. After you have worked out your issues, please let us know.
