I have read the report in regards to Mr. Vladimir' Heff'ner and this so-called" scam in regards to this individual posing as some "record executive", however I have done some research and contacted a very reputable source here in California and it comes to be, that Mr. Vladimir' Heff'ner is definitely associated with SonyMusic/RocNation.  I am personally affiliated with numerous Labels and their Execs and have observed and witnessed Mr. Heff'ner at numerous venues, I have affiliates such as Omar G., Jay B. and Doug M. to name a few that can also speak upon Mr. Heffners business relations as well. So for someone to file such a slanderous report as this is, totally a "personal shot" at Mr. Heff'ner for some reason beyond this false report. Hypothetically, if Mr. Vladmir' Heff'ner was such a "scammer/con", why would these Event Promoters contact him personally and hire him to be present at their venue, be it to just show his face, be a judge or as a marketing tool to attract a crowd t their event?? Think about.  I don't think that these Event Promoters would pay/hire a "con artist" unless they (the promoter) was "conning" the people they are throwing the event for. In that case, you may want to take a look at the credibility of the Promoter(s). I'm sorry, but I really don't think that these promoters just hire someone, based on the fact of "who they say they are" and not do their research on the Industry Personnel they hire for their event. These promoters know who they are doing business with and they definitely do their research before spending their money.   This false report sounds like someone may have some "ill feelings" or is "upset" at the outcome of one of these venues and want to lash out and blame someone for their lack of talent and/or not being talented enough to get the attention of the Label Exec at the promotional events. Sounds like a case of "Mad Rapper" or "Mad Promoter" or Mad Manager" to me.  (which one, I don't know) I can say that Vladimir' Heff'ner is a reputable constituent affiliated with many entities and I personally vouch for his credibility, professionalism and business relations and etiquette.
